Our wrap around staff deliver breakfast and evening clubs in York, allowing working parents to drop off their children and collect when suits them. Our wrap around staff come from a range of sports and childcare backgrounds, all share a passion for providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming club where all children love coming to!
Check below what we look for with our wrap around staff!
To join our wrap around team, we require staff to have some of the following skills and qualifications;
- Experience in a school or childcare setting.
- Childcare qualifications such as a BTEC, University Degree or related course
- An enhanced DBS or able to achieve one
- Experience leading sessions with groups of children aged 5-11.
- Experience and understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practice.
- Confidence and understanding in being able to communicate with parents and school staff.
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Our wrap around clubs operate every single day of the school term. You may be available to work every day or have selected availability. Our hours of work are as follows;
- Morning club – 7:25am-8:55am
- Evening Club – 3:25pm-5:30pm
