Stage One – Submit An Online Application Here

Stage Two – Online Google Meet Interview

Our Google Meet Interviews are arranged on a date & time that suits you during the week and led by a member of our recruitment team. Our online interviews last for 30 minutes and you will answer a range of competency, experience and scenario-based questions to assess your suitability for a role. After the online interview you will be contacted within 3 days to discuss feedback and potential next steps. if you are successful you will be made a conditional contract offer.

Stage Three – Documents and background checks

Our head office will be in touch with a range of documents to return and checks to complete. This is also when we will ask for you to provide your DBS or set up a check to take place. You will also be required to provide 2 references for us to contact. Once all documents have been returned, you will be progressed onto the next stage!

Stage Four – Online Training Courses

Once all documents have been returned and checked, you will be invited to our online training app. On here is a range of courses which must be completed before you can work on camps. These courses range from what sessions we deliver at holiday clubs, our behaviour policy, safeguarding training and a day in the life of a coach, all aimed at ensuring you’re ready to go on your first day!

Stage Five – Virtual or In Person Training

Once you have completed our online training courses, you will be invited to join one of our virtual training events or in person. We hold virtual sessions on Google Meet and go through a range of topics and scenarios to ensure you’re ready to go for your first day. Our in-person events happen twice a year (Before Easter & Summer) and are held in York or Harrogate. The in-person events are compulsory to attend for all staff and enable us to host coaching work shops and for you to meet the teams you’ll be working with alongside collecting uniform.

Our virtual and In Person Training events happen within 7 days of each season starting. Managers are required to attend an additional training event alongside the whole staff event.
