Our holiday club coaches come from a range of childcare, sports coaching and education backgrounds. All coaches are DBS & referenced checked and go through a structured training programme before their first days at our clubs!!

Holiday Club Managers

All of our holiday clubs are led by an experienced manager. Our managers have worked for Total Sports for a number of years now and know their venues and how to put on a brilliant club for your children! Our managers receive training before the start of every holiday club and are the beating heart of their clubs. We always try and place managers at the same venues to ensure consistency and so that you and your children get to know them and they get to know your children. Our managers are contactable throughout the day and they will leave their mobile numbers on a whiteboard outside of the entrance door- please feel free to contact them if necessary.

Coaches

Our coaches come from a range of childcare, education and sports coaching backgrounds. The vast majority of our coaching team have worked at our clubs for a number of years and know how to make days amazing for your children! Our coaches will lead a group for the day and will be your children’s go to person if they need anything. Our coaches jobs are to ensure your children have an amazing day, feel safe and cared for and make lots of fantastic memories with friends!!

Placement Coaches

We are partnered with a number of local universities and colleges and often have placement coaches join us at our holiday clubs. These coaches support our lead coaches throughout the day and ensure your children have the best day possible. Placement coaches are DBS checked and are the beginning of their coaching journeys when they require some support from more experienced team members. Every year we welcome around 50 placement coaches onto camps, all of whom support the running of activities and the general day to day running of clubs!
