TIMES: Mornings : 7:30am onwards.

AGE: All children from Reception to Year 6
PRICES: Morning £6.25. After School £10.50
The Headlands Wrap Around Care Club is open to children who attend the school from reception to year 6. The club is designed to provide an inclusive and consistent club for parents and children before and after school which children love coming to. The wrap around provision runs every day of the school term and offers children a place to engage in activities before & after school, have breakfast and snacks and meet new friends. The club is staffed by fully qualified DBS checked staff who teach PE in primary schools, have education related backgrounds or have experience working with children. Our staff team are paediatric first aid trained, undergo a range of food hygiene courses as well as safeguarding courses to ensure we provide the safest environment for all children.
Headlands Wrap Around Club is based in the building on the KS2 playground, this is accessed via the black side gate entrance to the KS1 playground, round the back of reception building and onto the KS2 playground. We ask that parents drop off children at the club in a morning unless they’re in KS2 and used to walking round to the KS2 playground by themselves.
Whilst at wrap around club, your children will be offered breakfast and after school snack options. We understand that some children may have breakfast before they come to school however, they will still be offered a breakfast option and drink. After school, we provide snack options and drinks for your children to choose. The breakfast and after school menus change each term and will be updated on our website accordingly. If your child has an allergy, food intolerance or prefers a certain type of food please make us aware of this on your booking order form and email us on totalsportsaftercare@gmail.com, we are able to cater for and support children with allergies and intolerances at clubs. Your children will be asked a few times at the clubs if they would like food, we understand that some children get preoccupied playing; they will be asked a few times during the club to ensure they have the option to have food.

Total Sports aims to provide a wrap around service which exceeds the needs of parents and children attending Headlands Primary School. Bookings are made via the Book Online section and parents have the option to book single sessions or full blocks of sessions. We do have a cut off point for our bookings of lunchtime on the day of the club, this is to ensure staff have the correct registers and so that we are fully stocked food wise for all children, we are unable to accept bookings for the same day after 12pm. If you’re late to collect your child from an evening wrap around session then you will incur the £6 late collection fee which must be paid before you can next attend.
