The skills and experiences we require from our after school club coaches is as follows;
- Working towards or achieved a sports related qualification from university or college
- Experience in delivering sports sessions to groups of up to 20 children aged 5-11
- A minimum of a level 1 qualification in any sport.
- Understanding of a range of sports.
- Experience in planning and delivering a range of sports sessions.
- Confident communicator
- Understanding of school routines and behaviour management systems.
- Confident in communicating with parents, teachers and head office staff.
- Proactive approach
- Access to own vehicle and able to drive.
