Sports Coach in Primary Schools

with Football Academy Strategic Development

£21,500 – £24,500 dependent upon age, experience, and KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Teaching PE and Sports: Instructing a range of sports within the curriculum to primary school children aged 5-11.
⦁ Developing Total Sports Football Academy: Enhancing the quality and reach of evening and Saturday football sessions.
⦁ Holiday Football Programs: Creating and managing engaging and high-quality football programs during school holidays. Managing coaches and increasing program reach.
⦁ Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with local players of all abilities.
⦁ Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of coaches to ensure excellence in all activities.

Required Qualifications:
⦁ Education: Qualified Teacher or Qualified Sports Coach with FA Level 2 or above.
⦁ Skills: Experience in teaching and coaching in schools and/or football academies. Proven ability to lead a team of coaches. Exceptional communication skills. High level of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
