We know plans can change and that’s why we offer you a choice of flexibility with your booking. Please choose the right level of flexibility for you.

Refund Policy and Change of Date Policy with Insurance

If you book our Insurance option you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp in any week. For example, If your first day is the Tuesday of a particular week and your child attends Wednesday and Friday, you can cancel any of these days by the Tuesday of that week. You couldn’t for instance cancel sessions after Tuesday in this example.

Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, we’ll make up the days or refund you, your choice.

Refund Policy without Insurance Option

With our Non-Insurance option, you can book now knowing that you can still make changes to your booking up to 14 days before your booking starts.

This booking option is non-refundable due to illness or any other curtailments.

A credit note cannot be issued due to illness or any other curtailments unless you have booked the insurance option.

Change of Dates Policy without Insurance

With our Non-Insurance option, you can book now knowing you can still make changes to your booking up to 14 days before your booking starts.
